Disperser is a kind of mixer in broad sense. Because high-speed agitators (such as circular sawtooth agitators) can generate strong turbulence locally, they usually have a strong dispersive emulsification effect on materials. So this kind of high-speed mixer is also called disperser. The disperser is mainly divided into lifting disperser and kettle disperser. The lifting disperser can be divided into hydraulic lifting disperser, pneumatic lifting disperser and hand lifting disperser according to lifting mode.
The disperser adopts various specifications, such as electromagnetic speed regulation, frequency conversion speed regulation and three-speed regulation, and its operation is stable and powerful, and it is suitable for various viscosities; hydraulic and mechanical lifting and lowering forms, which can rotate freely and adapt to various positions; general and explosion-proof configuration, safe and reliable, simple operation and maintenance; strong production continuity, fast dispersing and dissolving of materials, good dispersing effect and high production efficiency. It runs smoothly and is easy to install. There are different power and type for different material's viscosity and processing capacity.
Working characteristics of disperser
1. Strong centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between stator and rotor. At the same time, it is subjected to centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, hydraulic impact and other comprehensive forces, and the material is initially dispersed.
2. The high-speed rotating rotor of the disperser produces a linear velocity of at least 15 m/s. The material is fully dispersed and broken under the action of strong hydraulic shearing, liquid layer friction, tearing collision, etc. At the same time, it is ejected at high speed through the stator slot.
3. The material of the disperser is continuously ejected from the radial high speed, and the flow direction is changed under the resistance of the material itself and the vessel wall. At the same time, under the action of the upper and lower axial suction force produced in the rotor region, two strong upside-down turbulent flows are formed. The material passes through several cycles, and finally completes the dispersion process.
