Maintenance Method of Electric Heating Reactor
1. The electric heating reactor should be operated strictly according to the working pressure and temperature on the product nameplate to avoid danger.
2. Electric heating reactor should strictly abide by the provisions on cooling and oil injection in the product instructions, and do a good job of equipment maintenance and maintenance.
When all valves of electric heating reactor are used, the valve stem (needle) should be rotated slowly and the sealing surface should be pressed tightly to achieve sealing effect. When it's closed

Electric control instruments of electric heating reactor shall be operated by special persons and overload protection facilities shall be set up according to regulations.
5. The electric heating reactor should be installed on a solid and flat workbench. The height of the workbench should be determined according to the usage. There must be some space around the equipment and workbench for installation and later maintenance.
When installing the electric heating reactor, the transmission shaft should be vertical to the horizontal surface, and the inclination of the non-vertical degree should not be greater than 1/1000 of the total height of the equipment.
The spare parts of the electric heating reactor equipment and the safety valve of the reactor must be equipped according to the requirements of the reactor.
After the installation of the electric heating reactor, the reliability of the connecting parts and transmission parts should be checked. The air tightness test of the connecting pipes, nozzles, seals and the whole machine should be done without bubbles, bubbles, drops and leaks.
9 Before starting the electric heating reactor, the reducer is injected with mechanical oil, the motor shield is opened and the wind blade is rotated by hand to check whether there is a jamming phenomenon, and the stirring paddle of the electric heating reactor is scratched. After cleaning the dirt in the reactor, the machine can start. Only when the empty car runs for 30 minutes without much noise and vibration, can it be put into production formally.
The slurry type and baffle condition are determined according to the stirring purpose and flow state in the selection of electric heating reactor. The flow state is determined by the viscosity of stirring medium. Its application conditions are more specific, not only slurry type and stirring purposes, but also the range of propelling medium viscosity, stirring speed range and the capacity range of the kettle. The proposed selection table is also based on the purpose of mixing and the flow state of mixing. Its advantage is that the range of slurry type is divided according to the characteristics of different mixing processes, which makes the selection more specific.
